I've always had luck with Nokya bulbs. Pretty wide selection of colors, and wicked cheap. I've had their Hyper Yellow bulbs in my fog lights & high beams for almost a year now without a problem, I've also got their Arctic White bulbs in my Accord.
what's wrong with HID? I mean 30 dollar's isn't that much from DDM tuning?

I hate the people who get HID's and dont have projector lenses. Especially those with the blue HID's, they don't realize theyre actually making their lighting worse.
piaa or silverstars are the best non hid I have had luck with
nokya bulbs are only good for colors..but not brightness..
HIR infared bulbs are the brightest non HID bulb you will find. The 2nd best thing to a retro. Google HIR bulbs and you will find places to get them.
I can see infrared.
